Exploiting white-light observations to improve estimates of magnetic connectivity

The \emph\Solar Orbiter\ (\emph\SolO\) and \emph\Parker Solar Probe\ (\emph\PSP\) missions have opened up new challenges for the heliospheric scientific community.
